I was a previous user of Blubrry followed by Buzzsprout. Both platforms were "pretty good" but I was excited for something more. I was reluctant to use Bcast initially because of it being so new. However, I have had great support from them and have been able to get everything aligned well with my podcast.

The good:

1. The support has been great. I have had a couple of requests that have been answered with great response and hope for more features in the future (i.e. integration with Chartable!)

2. Uploading new podcasts is super easy. It isn't technically difficult with ANY host, but I found it to be quite easy here. The only issue I had was when I set the time for it to publish, I still had to after that time go back to the show and set it "live" as it didn't so so automatically. I think if you choose a time and date for publication that it should automatically go live at that point.

The opportunities:

1. When I imported my podcasts, the show notes appeared in the summary and the summary appeared in the show notes. This was an import from Buzzsprout. Not a big deal, just a few cut and pastes.

2. As mentioned in the "good", I look forward to Chartable integration. The statistics are pretty basic. I'd like to see statistics by platform (i.e. Apple Podcasts), by geolocation, and even more advanced with how long folks are listening (i.e. bounce rate) and more.

Overall though this has been great and I really look forward to growing together with this and other podcasts. Thank you again to the Bcast team for being so great to work with!
