I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been a loyal Beacon user since 2016 and I'm reaching out to you directly because I’ve hit a wall with support regarding a complex legacy account issue.

I believe a recent system glitch has scrambled my account limits, likely triggered by a refund I processed in 2022.

Here is my account history:

2016: Bought Original LTD.
2020: Bought the Upgrade (Successfully stacked).
2021: Bought the Resource Library.
2022: Purchased a new upgrade, but decided to refund it.

Before the 2022 refund, my account correctly reflected: 25 Users, Unlimited Domains, and the Resource Library.

However, when I logged in recently, the system seems to have reset me to a strange default:

100 Users (Incorrect)
1 Domain (Incorrect - previously unlimited)
Resource Library (Correct)

I contacted support, but there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding how the 2016 and 2020 codes stacked. I have screenshots from other users with the same vintage deal structure confirming my previous limits were standard for that time.

Could you please help restore my account to its correct state (Unlimited Domains / 25 Users)? I am eager to start using Beacon again for my blog, Leokoo.com.
