Q: Congratulations on your launch.
This is a great tool if anyone needs a community.
My only concern is that the Beam.gg team had ignored all the questions regarding being able to translate the hard — core button and messages to another language.
Why?
The Appsumo community could help you push Beam to the stratosphere if you could answer (first) and listen to the new ideas for Beam.gg.
In my case, my community is based in Latin-america and Spain. So Spanish is crucial.
More than 500 million people speak Spanish around the word, and it is second next to English.
You guys speak about engagement in a community, but your support team are not engaging with us when they only answer selected questions and ignore the rest.
I'm going to ask the question that has been ignored. Are you planning for a future update to give admins the freedom to translate the hard — core button and message errors?
Summoling community is listening.

May 14, 2024A: Hi solesky, thanks for reaching out!
Translation is one of the most requested features, and we have acknowledge this by adding it to our roadmap a while back during our first launch here on AppSumo. I'm not sure what you mean with translating the hard-core button, but the translation feature will work throughout the platform as a whole, including the interface buttons. We don't have an ETA or much details to share as of now, as this is a complex feature and the focus right now is to improve the current experience and push out the features that were already planned.
We're doing our best with support to make sure that everything gets answered, but apologies if you were left with questions still up in the air. You can reach us at any time in any of our communication channels and we'll try to clear any and all questions as best as possible!
Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a question, let us know if you have anything else you'd like to share!
