And I know a lot of people give reasons of things happening, but I really did send in a email asking some questions about the difference in between what the Appsumo deal and their free version. I did "read" both descriptions, but still was confused. I am no developer.

Anyway, Once I received NO REPLY from Appsumo, I then tried to post a question here. But it says it had to be approved first. And then next thing I know, the website and deals go back off line. I understand things happen, but this is not the first time that I have missed a deal due to "technical difficulties". One time I tried to check out on a deal that still had time, but the cart would not allow me to check out. And when you right to the company, if they answer you back, then it's like "oh well we sorry you missed it".

I am new to all of this, I've only purchased 4 deals, but still I'm trying to stick around. This is just frustrating, because I really try to save to get what I need and try to choose carefully when I purchase, as even with the 60 day return, I can't afford to just buy it and try everything and then wait on a refund. But on another note, Thank you Appsumo and to the companies for the great deals you offer, I'm not complaining to the point that it goes unnoticed. Smiles.
