I am having issues with my briefcase membership. I have sent multiple mails to breifcase@appsumo.com and support@appsumo.com. I only get the automated response that my ticket will be replied in 24 hrs. Its not nearly 10 days and multiple mails, still no reply from you guys. Let me know what i need to do to get support from Appsumo.
