Q: Like I said before I have two sets of customers, B2B and B2C.

Therefore, like suggested I will need two different accounts which means two sets of codes.
If I buy the max of codes (5) and use 3 for one account and 2 for another, can I later change that?
Because my B2B is bigger now, but I will invest heavily in B2C and I'll probbably need more codes in one and less in the other later.

A: Hello,
Thank you for your interest in Beans. You can always disconnect your shop and reconnect to another shop. But in your case, wouldn't get one more additional code give you less headache in the long term?

Q: What is multi-backend?

If I want to connect 3 stores, I have to create 3 Beans accounts and connect 1 store to each Beans account?

And then invite 2 others Beans accounts to my main Beans account?

Can you elaborate it more clearly?

Yes you can create 3 Beans accounts and connect 1 store to each Beans account. That would the recommended way so that you can have a different setup for each account.
