As you will see on our roadmap, we are working to add support to connect multi backends to the same Beans account. You can check it here:

Also please note that the main issue would be that each shop might have different configurations such as currency, language, customers, number of points given, and even rewards options. So it might not be very efficient to connect the same Beans account to different shops from a merchant perspective.
