I am launching my store soon so I was finally able to start setting up and using Beans and I must say it's really amazing. The rewards, loyalty and referrals are amazing systems. Definitely worth the LTD just for those features but they have much more filters that I can't wait to use as well.
Would be super awesome if wiremo (appumo deal) could also be added in the product review integration. Incentivize your users with reward points to leave a product a review is amazing.
Only negative so far is the social connect with Twitter. It's asking for way too many permissions to connect.
I really like the interface despite a bit confused on what to do after downloading the plugin upon sign up on the websites. Everything is straightforward and easy to understand afterwards.
I have tried some other program before. It's either hard to understand or missing something that I want. The integration with judge.me is also seamless.
The only cons is they already set the minimum points for certain programs so there is no chance for you to change it the way you want. Oh, the email & reward page has powered by beans.
Overall, a very good program for retaining your customer. There are rooms for improvement. I hope the best for this apps.

The installation was straightforward. It was a concern that I would install it on a live site (although I learned that you could now test it out without doing so). However, the good news is that software actually works. The UI is beautiful. Using it is also straightforward. One of the feature I really like is the ability to give customers points for leaving product reviews, a feature that very few apps in this category actually have (at this time, you need to be using judge.me reviews for this to work).
So, as far as the software is concerned, it's working great and is having great potential. However, I don't know how attractive this offer may be on AS because people here seem likely to have multiple stores or running an agency...this is something Beans team should be talking to AS folks to have better insight and may structure the deal better to make this a big success.
I bought 3 codes and happy with the purchase. Good luck with your launch.

It is a great app if you have an online shop. There are many features and it integrates well in your store. The storefront integration is very smooth and has a good UX. The support team has been very helpful. Everything works well so far, except I was having issue with connecting my Facebook account. Can't wait to see how much additional revenue I will drive with Beans.
