A: Hello, Gieri!

All user data is synchronized & encrypted across three data centers within the EU.

When you send a self-destructing email to an external address via Beeble, our system doesn't deliver the email content to the recipient's mailbox. Instead, the recipient receives a secure link to Beeble, where they can access and read the email, as well as reply to it. This link is only accessible for a specified duration, and after the expiration date, it becomes inaccessible.

For enhanced security, you also have the option to protect any emails sent from Beeble with a password. This additional layer of protection ensures that only authorized individuals can access the email content.

I have a follow up question on password protected emails. I suppose recipients could still forward an email and share the corresponding password with someone else? Or how do you assure that only the authorized recipient is able to access email?

Long story short — yes.
Initially you send password protected email to an external address (like Gmail). Then the recipient will get a secure link to access message content. And yes, the recipient is able to forward secured link to other person.
