All our systems are operating normally, and there are no interruptions. We have daily registrations and a system monitoring system. You write that your account is blocked and nothing is working for weeks, but we haven't seen anything like this ourselves and haven't received any complaints. Emails are delivered, and there haven't been any complaints about them. If you're not receiving something from someone, it's likely the sender's fault, and we need to investigate each case separately. We've only had two complaints about unreadable emails, both related to formatting issues on the sender's part. Since we encrypt everything, it's impossible to accommodate all custom formatting methods, but we're successfully resolving them. If you experience any difficulties using the system, you can always contact support, and they'll definitely help you out. Furthermore, the system is constantly being developed, and new features are being added.
