I started using Beesbusy as part of my new job, already over 1 and half year ago.
The app and website are really very easy to understand and to share with people that are not familiar with any kind of project management tool.
Adding to this simple user interface is the fact that you can share your project with people that have a free subscription, so this gives you a lot of freedom in using the app with different stakeholders, even outside the company.
I love that you can create different projects and a lot of buckets within, to clearly separate the tasks. It keeps you focus on specific activities, allows for a very Agile approach to work organization and deliverables. The fact you can assign people to the tasks, create a time frame to execute, add attachments allows you to have everything in 1 single place and keep everybody informed and on point for their tasks.
But I think my favorite part is the interaction. I love the buzz function, it helps keeping the momentum executing tasks that are dependent on different people (or need to be reviewed) and people don't have to constantly check everything, because they'll be buzzed :) Adding also the comments, allows for big interactivity without needing to use other means of communication or adding more meetings!
Another big plus is the dashboard to really have a great checkpoint on where you and your team stand in terms of progress, seeing what you need to do in the day, week or month.

I really enjoy the app and using it for over a year I can see the constant improvements that were made, which makes me think this will be the norm moving forward and we will keep having good features added that can help us managing our projects, professional or personal.

Completely recommend if you are looking for a very easy to use tool, but with all the features you'll need and great support and evolution!
