Based on all the rave reviews, I thought I'd really like this tool so went to Tier 5 right away. I finally activated the product and tried it with a small project I'm starting, and within the hour decided to refund it. I usually work with Jira for more enterprise-sized software projects or Trello for smaller ones. I was hoping to not have to use these but Beesbusy made my daily PM work harder, not easier, than those tools. While it's pretty enough, there is so much clicking to delve into every aspect to add the what/who/when that entering each item takes me 5 times longer than usual. I'm giving this 3 tacos to encourage the team to further develop the product that could be useful for some. However, for my use case, it does not work well. Darn!
