ml user and in general, I love it... but beforesunset.ai looks like a great tool as well. Two questions:
1. Does everyone see then all the tasks in my calendar? That's something I like at motion, I just see them and my calendar is for others not fully overbooked.
2. Can I also define schedules for tasks? So that private tasks are for example scheduled after 6pm until 10pm and business tasks beween 8am and 6pm or something like this?

Regarding calendar visibility, the permissions for your calendar depend on the settings of your primary integrated calendar, whether it's Google Calendar or Outlook. If you're asking about our Team version, rest assured that nobody else can see your tasks unless you choose to share them with your team via the Team Feed.
Currently, our tool doesn't support defining specific schedules for tasks like you described. However, we're actively working on enhancing our features, including implementing the ability to set start and end times for tasks. Additionally, we're planning to introduce an AI scheduling feature that will help find optimal times for your individual tasks. These improvements are in progress and will be rolled out in future updates.
