Unfortunately, you can’t allow it on your side as an admin. Facebook imposed a restriction on groups that prevents us from accessing names and profile photos of audiences without the user's permission. Because of that, your viewers will need to give us permission on their side so we can see their names and profile photo. Each viewer needs to do that only once.

Note, however, that this restriction only applies to Facebook groups. As for broadcasts made on pages and timelines, viewers won't need to go through the process.
