Q: so if i want to be able to login with Youtube NOT FB - do i have to ask for refund and then get new deal and create be.
live account with Youtube (rather than FB)
or
you can just do it from the existing account

Sure you can stream to YT from the existing account. No need to refund and buy new promocode.
In general there' no need to separately login with YouTube. You will just select it as a destination and connect your channel there :)
