A free plan, just unlimited and brandable

It looked like a good deal but, after lots of testing and live streaming, I found a competitor of mine constantly outsmarting my broadcasts in video/audio quality, maximum number of guests on stage and he is not a tech savvy.
He did it all with a free plan from an other company. I was so disappointed, that I instantly switched to that company's free and then monthly paid plan.

Knowing how my competitor definitely won the battle with no budget,
I must compare this deal to the other company's free plan:

Pros
* Unlimited sessions (instead of monthly limits)
* Branding possibilities (few options, instead of none)
* Phone app (the other needs browsing in desktop view)
* Extensive FAQ and documentation (but the other is more intuitive)

Cons
* The other is too easier and has more display options
* Messy adding guests/media (the other is much more organized)
* 4 Guests on stage (instead of 6)
* No Multi-channel live streaming (instead of youtube+facebook+twitch)
* No automatic audio adjustments
* Guests can't be off-screen talkers
* Guests can't share screens/media
* Guests must access via Facebook (the other only requires a browser)
* Invite link is unprotected
* Lesser network / video / audio quality

In conclusion
* The lack of recording without going live is arguably a con, since I could mitigate it by simply changing app privacy options inside facebook. Imho it would have been better to enable it by default, even limited, as a courtesy.
* It is easy to use, but the dashboard isn't spacious enough to keep everything under control. Also, it gets messy as soon as you need more than a guest on stage or you need to show many media/screen.
* Trying the other company's free plan with a very low speed internet connection and a cheapest laptop buit-in cam+mic set, I could achieve a better performance. In the same conditions, you can't achieve any result because guests suddenly disappear/mute/lag. Even I had lots of problems while meeting all the best conditions.
* Branding possibility and extensiive documentation are good enough to get you started right away.
* All considered, in some use cases it may be a good solution. That's why I deem it viable for some solopreneurs.
* Provided that they will add features, customization options, re-think user interface and, most of all, fill in the gap in connection/video/audio quality, it may still hold some potential.

PS. I am into local news with a handful of partners
