Q: Hi, I’m using an embedded chat widget and started having issues with how it was loading.
I DO have the “enable berqWP cdn” box ticked in the plugin settings.
Here’s what the chatbot dev said:
Regarding the problem of the chat bubble filling the screen in the site , we have fixed it. After we released the official line, we found that your site cannot access the latest version of our product. We found that you downloaded our embed .min.js file and create a CDN (this will prevent you from enjoying our new features in time), so the current update requires you to synchronize to your own CDN.
We do not recommend using your own CDN for embed.min.js, as this will prevent you from using the latest versions of our products in a timely manner, such as bug fixes and new features.
Question: do I disable the static load/cdn or is there another fix?
