Amazing app Idea

there is nothing in the market like your app idea for video ads generation , I have adcreative.ai, jogg.ai sellerpic , but non of them has the same feature as your app , the generation is great it can produce an exact script with consistent voices and scene and cta generated by ai for the whole scene. as for the images its great it is as if we have a graphic designer when using your app and video editor as well,

Credits on Bestever

Credits on Bestever burn up very quickly. Making a single AI-generated video can use over 40 credits, especially when several edits or scenes are needed. The AI video quality was not always reliable—my video had multiple errors that required manual fixing, which cost even more credits. Bestever does offer good analysis tools to help improve your ads, but if you’re not careful, you’ll run out of credits fast before getting the polished result you want

I'll refund right after submitting this review.

Hey there! I'm really sorry you ran into these issues 🙏 We’ve been rolling out fixes to improve the quality of generations (just to clarify, manual edits never use credits, only AI generations do). Whenever things don’t work as expected, we always encourage reaching out to us directly — in cases like this, we reimburse the credits so you’re not left feeling like they’ve been wasted on buggy...

Refunding because of forced Google/Facebook signin

I did not read through all the reviews on this purchase, it looked really cool from the sales page, and tier 3 seemed to suit my needs.

But the first thing I was subjected to, was a "Sign up with Google or Facebook" page, NO WAY. I am not sharing my personal details and connecting either of those logins with any products i buy.

I HATE being forced to use third parties to sign up with any productm and I refuse to do so unless absolutely necessary - like a Google Analytics tool or something where functionality is connected to a third party.

I'll refund right after submitting this review.

Average at best

I really wanted to like this product and had high hopes for it delivering. My real reason for purchasing this software was to make slick videos, but even when I upload images that i want to be used, it changes to look like it has come from Russia, totally altering look and language of what I have uploaded. I am sure some people will like it if they just want to tell it to make a video, but when it needs to use the assets you have provided, you do not expect the assets to be altered. I pretty much will use up all my credits before I even get an acceptable outcome. I will most likely refund.

I've just refunded my purchase

This app feels unnecessarily restrictive from the moment you try to access it. The Google/Facebook-only sign-in requirement is an odd choice that immediately signals limited flexibility.

The core functionality suffers from significant gaps. Ad research covers only Meta and LinkedIn. It's fine if your competitors stick to these platforms, but the absence of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is very limiting. While these integrations are reportedly "coming soon," the current offering feels incomplete.

The AI-powered ad creation delivers predictably mediocre results, no better than basic prompts in any general-purpose image generator.
The overly minimalistic interface feels sterile rather than clean, the user experience lacks engagement.

Most concerning are the inflated marketing claims versus actual capabilities:

"Uncover your competitors' product focus, target personas, and top campaign strategies" – While products and personas are fairly obvious, the promised strategic insights require significant manual interpretation.
"Tap into emotional hooks and psychological triggers" – This vague promise offers no clear methodology or actionable process.
"Find out what's working so you can outsmart your rivals" – You can see which ads are running, but determining effectiveness without access to performance data is impossible. If "outsmarting" means copying competitor creatives, that's hardly intelligent strategy.

The app delivers a mid-tier tool wrapped in premium promises. For teams seeking comprehensive competitive intelligence, the current feature set will likely disappoint.
