Someone wrote something along the lines of cheap visuals wrapped in promises they can't deliver. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and got a tier 5 license so that my experience wouldn't be skewed by limited functions in tier 1. Honestly, not much to write about. This app feels like I'm in the Stone Age and produces content that is elementary in quality.

Will give it another week, but 99% going to ask for a refund.

P.s. I have experience with Maker AI (now sunsetted), which did an absolute phenomenal job with AI visuals.

Great tool with huge potential!
The image feature alone is worth the deal – results are fast, useful, and product sizes are implemented very well. The video creation also works impressively well. Sometimes you need to re-generate to get the perfect outcome, but that’s the same with other video AI generators too.

One feature I’d love to see is the ability to choose actors for the videos and link them to the brand settings. That way you’d get a consistent look across both videos and images. For the storyboard, it would also be very helpful to adjust the timing of individual scenes in case more content is needed.

Another big plus: you can clearly see that Bestever is improving constantly and pushing AI learnings into the product. If flexible credit add-ons become available in the future, it would be absolutely perfect.

The idea you have is pretty awesome and could be a great opportunity, but I’ve run into some issues with the videos and images it creates. I tried using the catalog ads, but it didn’t work out for me a bunch of times. On the rare occasion it did manage to create a video, it came out looking kinda odd, and the young model was doing this strange movement that just didn't fit.

The images it makes on their own are a bit better, but honestly, I still wouldn't feel comfortable using them for ads. They just don’t seem good enough. The competitor analysis tool is somewhat helpful, but it feels a bit limited.

What I really think would help is the ability to generate ads in bulk whenever I attach the product feed. That would make things so much easier!

I plan to conduct a bit more testing, but if this persists, I will seek a refund. AI tools can be "dangerous" because of their high recurring costs, so they must deliver value from the very start.

I bought the deal because I wanted to analyze competitor ads. But unfortunatelly, when I input competitor , bestever platform starts analyzing and it never ends. The analysis of one of the competitors is running for 3 days and no result at all. I entered another competitor and I was able to get their ads, but yesterday I removed that competitor and added again and now, I cannot get the second competitor analysis either.

I reported this bug 3 days ago but I have not heard from Bestever. They dont have Help or Customer Service buttons in the website which leave the user helpless.

I wanted them to reach out to me when I reported the bug and get things sorted there but since I did not get responce from them, I ended up writing here.

If there are customer service personal here, I would like to get explained why competitor analysis is not loading the ads, keeps loading? and how can I fix it?

I'm giving the app 4 stars specifically for it's ability to very reliably and instantly recreate image ads. The video output is not to a standard I can use and I really hope this improves.

The 3 biggest surprises were:

- being able to upload any image and getting great versions for my own brand my own text and brand colors in seconds

- for text, even when it misspelled, the concepts it produced were still very good, like 90% of the way there, so I could easily tweak it in the in-built editor or in Canva. I had it copy an ad that was in Spanish, but output a version in English for a product in an entirely different category and the results were surprisingly great!

- seeing how many competitor ads were images vs video and other insights. That's been helpful for strategy.

One feature I'd love to see is to be able to save the inspiration ads in the app for use / quick reference later.

I am still testing other features, like actual Meta ad integration. So far so good though.

Overall I think this app is very solid, with room to grow. I hope the team will continue to work on it and make improvements. This has the potential to be a 5 star!
