Better Sheets itself is a treasure trove of hacks and knowledge, and the new site, with search, makes it much easier to find stuff, though not perfect.

That said, the real value - as many people have already said - is Andrew, the creator's, willingness to respond to questions and offer solutions - often in the form of a loom video.

I don't think I've ever seen such customer success efforts before.

Of course, I doubt he can scale it if too many people ask him stuff, but certainly the value is immense for those that do get help - and the rest of us, as he'll then use those questions to help inform future training videos.

All in all, it's well worth getting!
