Q: Cool but with the change of brand to BetterStack we no longer receive new functionalities that the product develops

Unfortunately, this is a common problem with solutions offered by Appsumo, that manufacturers offer a limited number of functionalities and with the development, people who buy on Appsumo do not have new functionalities.

Q: I already purchased the LTD in the hope, I can switch off the phone alerts....

I am in Europe and I do not want to use any phone alerts. The email alerts are enough for me.
And this should be valid for a lot of your (potential) buyers and users too.

So can you pls change your interface and make the phone alert optional ?

As for the second part, yes, you can connect Microsoft Azure to Better Uptime to get alerted about the incidents in your Azure account.

Q: Do we have to own the domain in order to monitor it?

For example, an order form in our CRM or our training that is hosted in an LMS app. Can we monitor those URLs too?

You stated that this LTD is mapped to the Small Team Plan. But you also stated that "you can connect Microsoft Azure to Better Uptime". Does Unlimited Integrations mean that we have access to all the possible integrations that is in the Business and Enterpise plans?

2. Can you upgrade the full stack users to "Business Plan" ?

3. Can the notification emails be sent from my own domain and not better uptime domain? If not can this option be available for LTD users as add on for one time lifetime fee?

4. Can we remove Powered by Better Uptime?

You can create a dedicated status page for a customer and have them subscribe to the status page directly to get email updates.

What happens if we hit our limit of SMS for a particular month? Can we buy more SMS messages in the future?
