Well, yes and no.

I can create multiple teams, but if I can add only users I'm capped at the 20 accounts of the 5-codes stack. If I want to send a notification to individual and different mailboxes, one per domain, and I have to manage more than 20 domains then I can't do it. Or am I missing something?

You're right, the global limits still apply regardless of how many teams you create.

Please take a look into allowing your customers to subscribe to your status pages as there's currently no limit on how many subscribers can be subscribed to a single status page. That might work for your angle!
