Hello, I’m considering BetterClaw and need to confirm one point before purchasing. I use incwo as my ERP/CRM, which provides a REST API and MCP endpoint. Can BetterClaw connect to incwo and read/write data? My use case: I upload a screenshot of a customer order email, BetterClaw extracts the customer, product names and quantities, matches them with the exact incwo SKUs, asks me if anything is ambiguous, shows me a summary, and after my approval creates the sales order in incwo. Is this possible today? If yes, would it require a custom skill, HTTP/API request, webhook or MCP connection? Can BetterClaw also process screenshots/images in this workflow?

You upload images and BetterClaw can help you extract customer info - match again SKUs - validate data with you and then create sales order. No custom skill is required if MCP is there or you can generate a skill if you share API docs.

Hello Naveen, thank you, that sounds exactly like what I need. My second important point is email integration. I use Apple Mail with a professional OVH email account. Can BetterClaw connect to this mailbox directly, for example through IMAP/SMTP, and automatically read incoming emails, detect customer orders, extract attachments or order details, and trigger the incwo workflow from there?

We are adding connectors for IMAP/SMTP in next few days. Once that is done it can do exactly what you are saying.
If you can auto-forward email to any gmail/outlook account you can setup this workflow today,
I am already running a similar workflow for my team - we have an agent inbox where everyone in company forwards invoices/bills to be processed into our accounting system.

In my case, I would prefer to keep my current setup with Apple Mail and my OVH professional email account rather than forwarding everything through Gmail or Outlook. If the IMAP/SMTP connectors are really coming in the next few days, I think this will be the best solution for me. Once available, will I be able to connect my OVH mailbox directly and us
