Jin90192Q: CPU/RAM Allocation, Storage & FFmpeg Credits
Hi Naveen, your Oct 12 reply says each agent gets 2 vCPU/2 GB RAM, but Oct 23 says each plan runs on 2 vCPU/2 GB. Please clarify for AppSumo Tier 5:
1. Do all 30 agents share 2 vCPU/2 GB, or does each get its own allocation? Can all 30 use it simultaneously?
2. Which CPU models are used? Are vCPUs dedicated, shared or burstable? Any sustained-use limits?
3. How many GB of persistent storage are included per agent/workspace? Any upload or temporary-file limits?
4. If FFmpeg renders for 60 minutes with no further LLM calls, how many credits are charged?
5. You mentioned hardware upgrades are available. Are CPU/RAM upgrades a one-time lifetime purchase or a recurring monthly fee? Does the existing LTD remain valid?
I'd also like to see a public roadmap showing planned features and priorities. Do you plan to publish one?

Thanks for reaching out and to confirm each agent receives 2vCPU and 2GB RAM. Remaining answers below.
1. Sharing
Nothing is shared between your agents. Each agent runs on its own separate machine with its own allocation, so all 30 can run at the same time. Your plan’s credits are the only limit.
2. CPU type
Agents run on shared vCPUs. A shared vCPU is guaranteed about 1/16 of a core and can burst to a full core while there’s spare capacity and unused burst balance. Sustained heavy CPU work, such as long FFmpeg renders, can be throttled once the burst balance runs out. The exact CPU model depends on the host machine and isn’t something we control.
3. Storage
Each agent starts with 20 GB of persistent disk, and more space is available as an add-on. Everything under /workspace persists across restarts, and files elsewhere don’t. Files delivered in a chat or workflow are capped at 30 MB, and larger files can go through Google Drive, SharePoint or S3.
4. A 60-minute FFmpeg render
Credits are charged at 1 credit per minute while the agent is running, so a 60-minute render would use about 60 credits.
5. Upgrades
Higher machines are available. Email [email protected] for details and pricing. Your AppSumo plan stays valid, and we honor everything published on the listing for your tier.
6. We bill runtime rounded at per-minute. If all 6 tasks (10s each) are running in parallel they consume single credit. If they run back-to-back and consume 2mins in total runtime - they consume 2 credits.
Roadmap
We don’t have a public roadmap yet. It’s a fair request and we’ll look at it.
