I was a little hesitant to use this plugin in the beginning, but I did it! This week I've implemented it into my website and it works perfect - after a few CSS tweaks to fit my brand. I canceled my livechat subscription and moved my SaaS knowledge over to my own website. I do did some changes to the permalink setup to have a correct URL structure so articles are shown as website.com/category/article. This is better for SEO.
So, the plugin alone didn't cut it for me, but in the end I was able to set this product up in 1 day with all my changes included. It's really a time saver!
Okay, I saw some bug reports inside the reviews here, I Asked inside the questions if those problems are already fixed. I Also tried the support chat for 3 days. Now today I still have no reaction and i decide to buy it and keep the 60-day refund in mind.
A seconds thing I face is when I try to redeem the code they need my Credit Card details? What if I do not have a credit card? And why do you need it?
This plugin completely destroyed my Wordpress site. I had a clean install of the latest version of WordPress, hosted on Siteground. Installed BetterDocs and within minutes the entire site stopped. I can't even log into my wp-admin account and have been completely locked out. No one from support has even replied to me and this is a catastrophic error.
I found a number of bugs (and also had difficulties with customization since this app provides so little documentation to assist!). I emailed the team and got no reply. I had to reach out to a fellow sumoling on youtube and he was helpful. However, given a number of bugs I produced a pdf with screenshots and then contacted the developer via their site chat and uploaded the pdf. After a long wait they replied telling me to submit a ticket. Right, so you're so big that you can't move my request to the right "department" inside the crisp chat app that you use? Not a good start and I'll be clicking the refund button if they don't sort themselves out soon.
Purchased this awhile back but only starting using it recently. I did have a formatting issue during setup (due to my theme) but support was quick and we resolved the issue with no hassles. Now everything is working great. Definitely glad I got this.
