Great start, missing some key functionality and some conflicts

I think that this is a move in the right direction for a knowledge base tool. Primarily because it allows you to host and manage your content on your own website, and the layout does have a couple of customization options that are sufficient for matching most brands.

Some of the problems I ran into:
- Lack of options for controlling when and where the "instant answers/chat widget" is seen (for example, I only want this option to be visible to users that are on an actual docs/support page, and not on my home page or product/service sales pages)
- Conflict with the widget loading under my website header. would be much easier to deal with if there was a z-index option to set the layer that the widget appears on so that the top of the widget isn't cut off by my menu bar.
- For a knowledge base product, I expected more documentation on how the tool works and how to customize it.
