A: Hi, hours of conversation is the amount of time that your Persona is engaged in conversation. For example, if I talk to your Persona on your website for 10minutes, that counts as 10 minutes taken from your total quota.

For the "Copilot" feature in which Persona is embedded on your desktop, only the time in which you are actively speaking to it (text or voice) count towards this. The time in which it is watching and learning from you does not count against any quota. All of this data is stored locally on your computer and never touches our servers. The only thing that touches our servers is the long-term memory your Persona stores after its learning from your activity. This is info your Persona thinks is important to remember for the long-term future. This of course is securely stored and encrypted in motion and at rest.
