- Don, the owner, seems uncommitted, with the platform often plagued by bugs and very little effective communication. Features promised long ago (like the task engine) still haven't made it past alpha testing despite waiting for almost two years. A recent move to disable user comments in the Discord community seems like an attempt to mute criticism. For over two-years, I've been waiting (perhaps naively) for improvements that just never came. A look at Discord shows no updates since an 8/25 message about a so-called platform upgrade, later repackaged and pushed as a new, non-functional product. Why disconnect Discord when it's the backbone for building a community? Why not engage more actively and incorporate feedback? Deleting Discord doesnât resolve customer service issues; it only shows disinterest in any dialogue surrounding the issues
- My goal is to use Bhuman persona to do handle my support via email. One of the things that is big that I would like it to do is do my sales follow ups automatically, can be Bhuman send lead nurture my emails for prospects automatically without me linking it to a integration?

- I recently purchased tier 3 which includes the video chat. Here I wanted to mention that when changing these settings for my persona under the sharing tab, The changes I made are not being saved and automatically moved to the default settings.
