I recently purchased tier 3 which includes the video chat. Here I wanted to mention that when changing these settings for my persona under the sharing tab, The changes I made are not being saved and automatically moved to the default settings. Has your team improved the initial login page and overall UI? I found the login page / sales page underwhelming (the cartoon avatars do not feel professional imo) and the UI is confusing and difficult to navigate. Honest feedback - I felt a bit lost.
