Q: What is going on with all the privacy concerns?
Having BHuman post our information online and have people use our credits? What are people talking about. I just bought the highest tier but may return it before I break the seal on it. Don, what do we have going on here or is this a concern. I just saw that there was yet another data breach at Ticketmaster now adding that with Bhuman. Talk to me Sir.

Jun 12, 2024A: Hi, none of that is true. There is a user who posted a review that did not see the "set private" button and made a whole host of scary assumptions from there (no offense to that user, we could have done a better job of explaining things I suppose).
- Does BHuman post our information online?
Of course not. However do keep in mind the information you teach your Persona (put in the knowledgebase) can be accessed (via conversation) by those who speak to it. This is pretty much the main functionality of Persona and goes without saying, however I suppose we should have been crystal clear.
- Do people use our credits?
- Only you & the people that interact with your Persona use your credits (AKA time spent in conversation with your clone). The confusion originally came from a user's Persona being shown on the Explore page (https://persona.me/explore).
We by default show Persona's here in order to help them get discovered by your potential customers. For example if you're a SEO specialist based in New York, and there's a potential customer searching for that on Google, we want to show them your clone so your clone can sell them for you.
You can very simply turn this off by using the "Set Private" switch in your Persona's settings. It's the exact same thing as an Instagram profile being public or private.
Thanks for asking this DigitalGrowthHacksClub- I was just about to buy but will hold off until this issue is addressed. It's out of my cart permanently if we don't have control over privacy and credits...
Hey Leader, this was a misunderstanding from a user who posted a review and blew something really out of proportions. There are no privacy or security concerns, please read above or the user's initial review to see what the user misunderstood.
Thank you for the clarification. I will launch this later today and return for a review.
I was the user with concerns and I don't think they were blown out of proportion. Your persona with your name, picture, location, etc. is posted publicly on the internet without asking for your permission - unless you find the opt-out and use it.
