Q: Why are the Widget settings for my persona, not saving and automatically switching back to default?
I recently purchased tier 3 which includes the video chat.
Here I wanted to mention that when changing these settings for my persona under the sharing tab, The changes I made are not being saved and automatically moved to the default settings.
It's not happening on all the personas, just a few.

Don_BHumanPLUSOk just checked, it's strange but it seems this is happening just to your account. However here's a quick easy fix:
1. make the changes you want in the settings, then click off the window
2. before opening the window again, refresh the page
3. now you'll see the changes have been saved

Thanks, go ahead and log in. Those still having this issue are "Don Ricardo" and "La Gemela". Try changing the language to Spanish with those.
I'll try the fix you suggested for my own use.
The challenge is communicating this to prospects and having them close all their open windows. It would be nice if something could make the changes automatic, like other personas that do save automatically...
