Does not work properly for scandinavian languanges
In english, this is perfect.
I do however think its rushed to announce that this works in the scandinavian languanges, who have three extra letters in the alphabet (Æ,Ø,Å). In Norwegian it sounds like a german guy trying to speak Norwegian and the pacing of the speach is way too fast. I wish I could slow it down. I do however have a belief that this can be really big eventually, but it is still very much early stages so I am torn between a refund or to just keep it for a few years. The tier 3 was pretty steep for something that does not do whats advertised.
I reached out to support and they were quick to answer and very professional, but they did not have a solution to my issues. If I cant use it in Norwegian it has very little value for me at the moment.

10 days - painful experience
UPDATED again: I'm absolutely furious with the entire process. I was excited about creating a persona with your service—especially after even the founder replied to my email—but after 10 days of endless back-and-forth, nothing has worked, and I'm completely at my wit’s end.
I've uploaded my video over 100 times, following every instruction to the letter. I booked video calls, raised tickets, and answered the same questions repeatedly. Every time I got a reply from support—which sometimes takes 24 to 48 hours, and sometimes even up to 3 days—they kept asking, “Did you upload the video?” as if no one had checked my account or investigated the issue. Instead of troubleshooting and looking into my uploads, your team just made me repeat the same steps over and over, offering no real solution.
I wasted four days on this mess. Although support eventually replied, their responses were utterly useless and never resolved the problem. Instead of diving into the system and checking the videos and data I provided, your team simply sent me back to square one each time.
To make matters worse, I eventually received a response that when I uploaded the video, your system was under maintenance—that’s all you have to say? Fifteen days have passed since I purchased this deal, and not once have I been able to successfully create a persona.
Now, about the video requirements: Your support team took seven days to tell me that my video needed to be shorter than 30 seconds. However, during a video call, your staff insisted that my video had to be longer than 1 minute, so I uploaded a 1.5‑minute video. Then, when I tried uploading a 29‑second video, the system threw an error saying the video must be longer than 30 seconds. This is absolutely absurd. Should the video be shorter than 30 seconds, longer than 30 seconds, or longer than 1 minute? No matter what duration I tried—even though I followed your rules precisely—none of the 15 videos I uploaded ever worked. It's a complete mess, and I’m left utterly confused.
Your claim of multilingual support is equally ridiculous. I uploaded a Chinese-speaking video, complete with training data and voice, yet everything failed. For a company that boasts 50 engineers and 4 support staff, it’s clear that no one really knows how your product is supposed to work.
Every time, your emails claimed the upload was successful, but when I logged in, the status still showed as "fail." No matter what duration I tried—even though I strictly followed the instructions—none of the 15 videos I uploaded ever worked. Worse still, your support team themselves struggled to create a persona.
I have all the evidence—emails, video recordings, and countless failed attempts. I'm giving you one last eight hours to resolve this issue before I demand a refund. Fix the root problem and make your system work properly, because I’m sick of repeating myself and wasting my time on this endless, frustrating, and utterly messy process.
Once you deliver a solution, I might consider changing my review rating. But right now, I am left with nothing but disappointment and anger.

When you uploaded it, our system was undergoing maintenance and that tripped things up. Rather than asking you to re-upload it, we'd rather do it ourselves to ensure everything goes smoothly for you.
We tried to locate the file on our server, but did not find it; we found one video which did not follow the instructions, but you said this was not your training video.
We asked you to send us your training video, but you refused to do so.
Pease share your training video with us (for example, upload to Google Drive and share the link) so that we can assist you.
If you are not willing to share the training video with us, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to help you further.

Unlike some reviews, I've been using Persona and Bhuman since the beginning. To prove my belief. I purchased Persona, and I upgraded when they opened a new tier. Persona is made great by team behind it. The team and the software deserve 5 tacos. Sumolings are always looking for a software that evolves, that's Persona and Bhuman to a tee. I highly recommend Persona and Hhuman. I really wanted to like this product. Really...But the truth is, it's just not ready to be taken seriously as a productivity tool and the customer service provided by the company doesn't exist. I've tried chatting, emailing and even looked into scheduling a 1-on-1 but each attempt came with it's own issues. For emailing, you will get a response but it will be from an AI chatbot. For 1-on-1 you can schedule a call but it for 6am paciic Monday-Friday only. For chat, they don't respond at all. As for the product, it also doesn't work and has many bugs that have no workaround. I haven't found one way to use the product. My persona sends me emails everyday regarding my inbox but it's a generic message speaking on how my "customers are confused about my website or want more product variety". But my persona isn't even connected to my email account. I also don't have products to offer and customers don't email me at all so I'm not sure where it's sourcing it's responses. The chat feature within the website worse than any free chat feature you'll find online like Google's Gemini or GPT as it appears to have a limit on how much of the conversation it will store when you're speaking with it. Everything about this product says it's being developed overseas somewhere and not ready for an American use-case. Again, wanted this product to be the one but it just looks like a money grab at this point.

2. Calling: we have group calls for over an hour, Monday - Friday. Our support team is based in Europe, the time is not great for those on the Pacific Timezone, I totally understand that. However you can also hire our team to set up the campaign for you ($99 flat fee), and in that case we can be more arranging to your schedule.
3. We do indeed respond to every chat request, perhaps you're hitting us when we're offline?
Your Persona sends you emails with updates and summaries on the chats it has had. You can change the frequency of this feature or turn it off in the settings. If you haven't connected your Persona to any information yet, of course it has no information to base anything off of. You haven't started using the product yet so how can I perform for you?
I don't know what you're talking about "not ready for an American use-case". Most of our customers are in the US. The leadership of our company is pretty much all based in NYC.
So far the only valid complaint here is that our daily office hours (which by the way, no other company does), is too early for people on pacific time.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this tool ai clone. I have tested many (I am a fan of everything that works with ai, as well as appsumo fan) and I have to say that this one really impressed me... the ability to bring realism to the avatar scenes is impressive. The guys then seemed very active for the promised updates and behind you can see that there is a great team... I think this will become a bright star very soon. Keep it up and don't stop guys!
