Not very user friendly, difficult to navigate around the platform.

Requires connection to other platforms to be used, and is highly limited due to reliance on various connections that are needed within the app.

Setting for reply by text is hard to find (not sure if it exists because a picture sent to me shows where to click to reply by text, but the same screen does not seem to appear on my platform).

Recording personal video is not as simple for those who are not used to making videos (Think video, distance, lighting, microphone). I am a videographer and couldnt get an ideal recording after multiple tries and days.

Email support is slow when relying on human response, fast when replied by bots (but a bot can only help with limited effectiveness).

Platform can be improved by settling the above problems and not avoiding the solutions for these problems which you can often see happen in all negative reviews.

Initially gave 2 stars because I thought a little credit had to be given for the effort to create such a platform, but the negative response to defend the feedback makes the sincerity in customer service questionable, and for that, and all the issues with the platform, and all the trouble I have to go through trying to work with the platform make me feel this is a 1 star at best.
