Cool software but buggy Knowledgebase
Its pretty cool to create your own digital clone? But uploading files to Knowledgebase is hit or miss. If you upload too many files? It wont finish uploading.
If you upload by batches? Some may succesfully complete, or it will stay in "learning" mode permanently! Its really buggy and needs to get fixed ASAP.
In my experience, phone convos also suck. Using the same internet connection, but using the PC? Convo becomes ok.
Otherwise, its a fun tool and has a lot of potential.

Regarding the phone conversations, we understand how critical clear communication is. iOS limits certain functionality which forces us to use a less efficient architecture. Android and desktop do not have these limitations. We're currently investigating these inconsistencies and working towards enhancing performance across all devices.
