I've emailed you all multiple times and it appears that may be virtual assistants who may be handling support and is taking accountability when changing features in your account. I sent multiple emails almost two weeks ago. I filled at least two existing contact forms. At this point no one has done their due diligence to even respond to my ticket.

When I sent a ticket someone had changed the features in my account back to its original form when I first established the account. No response but just changes. Now it appears you all have taken away the persona handling emails which was part of my plan. Are you still in existence ? Why hasn't anyone followed up with me to trouble shoot weeks at a time?
