So I've had persona for about a month and to be honest I'd just "played" with it.

At the start I was particularly freaked when my persona was immediately available globally online to anybody with my entire knowledge base... Not a great start but soon after they added the private button which means you can keep your persona private so that it's not shared as part of the persona community - so problem solved....

The voice cloning was okay, but it did give me some what mid-Atlantic twang rather than my native Scottish accent - it probably sounds about 75-80% like me ... I'll try re-recording again but I'm sure as the platform technology & my recording develops it will improve.

The video aspect I recorded without any problems and it does a great job...

The zapier account add in is a superb bonus and very much appreciated too.

BUT WAIT....

Here's the thing that has just blown my mind... I just embedded the persona..

Now, I'd only given it my websites to scrape as a knowledge base....and when I open the persona on the embedded page a normal chat box pops up, I type my question.. then........ I replied - my voice coming out of my speakers answering my question that I'd just asked. Whaaat ????

And that was an limited knowledge base. I re-uploaded some PDFs and this time I clicked on the telephone / voice button on the embedded chat box

Then BOOM - I was having a conversation with myself !!!!! I would ask a question.... And out of the speakers comes my voice answering the question naturally easily and accurately!!!! (okay it's still sounding 75-80% like my voice but OMG)

But wait, there's more... ....I then activate the video call option.... And now I can video call with myself asking myself questions and I reply...!!!!

I was in 2 minds about persona but wow... !!!! With some voice retraining, I'll re-record my video. This is a proper game changer for me and my business never mind the automations and workflows that I'll be able to achieve.

I jumped on tier 3 and to be honest I had thought about downgrading BUT having actually tried the product properly, taking the time to train, voice, video & knowledge and embed it and seen what the potential & the unique value proposition I can give to my clients by being there for them 24/7 - Wow Wow Wow incredible !!!!

Sure, there's some bugs, and some options missing and I'm sure this will get better overtime and I'm also sure I haven't even explored 95% of the possibilities but my goodness me not only is it startling but what a fantastic addition to my business.... I might even be able to have a weekend off soon while my persona takes care of business !!!!!!🤞

2 days to go ....grab it while you can... Give it a chance, try it for yourself... I can't help but feel Don & Bhuman & persona are ahead of the curve...it seems like it's next level to me
