Unfortunate
I really wanted to like this product. Really...But the truth is, it's just not ready to be taken seriously as a productivity tool and the customer service provided by the company doesn't exist. I've tried chatting, emailing and even looked into scheduling a 1-on-1 but each attempt came with it's own issues. For emailing, you will get a response but it will be from an AI chatbot. For 1-on-1 you can schedule a call but it for 6am paciic Monday-Friday only. For chat, they don't respond at all. As for the product, it also doesn't work and has many bugs that have no workaround. I haven't found one way to use the product. My persona sends me emails everyday regarding my inbox but it's a generic message speaking on how my "customers are confused about my website or want more product variety". But my persona isn't even connected to my email account. I also don't have products to offer and customers don't email me at all so I'm not sure where it's sourcing it's responses. The chat feature within the website worse than any free chat feature you'll find online like Google's Gemini or GPT as it appears to have a limit on how much of the conversation it will store when you're speaking with it. Everything about this product says it's being developed overseas somewhere and not ready for an American use-case. Again, wanted this product to be the one but it just looks like a money grab at this point.

Jan 31, 20251. Emailing: our AI Persona replies instantly, but it includes instructions to reply with "human" and a human will reply right away.
2. Calling: we have group calls for over an hour, Monday - Friday. Our support team is based in Europe, the time is not great for those on the Pacific Timezone, I totally understand that. However you can also hire our team to set up the campaign for you ($99 flat fee), and in that case we can be more arranging to your schedule.
3. We do indeed respond to every chat request, perhaps you're hitting us when we're offline?
Your Persona sends you emails with updates and summaries on the chats it has had. You can change the frequency of this feature or turn it off in the settings. If you haven't connected your Persona to any information yet, of course it has no information to base anything off of. You haven't started using the product yet so how can I perform for you?
I don't know what you're talking about "not ready for an American use-case". Most of our customers are in the US. The leadership of our company is pretty much all based in NYC.
So far the only valid complaint here is that our daily office hours (which by the way, no other company does), is too early for people on pacific time.
