But these features aren't really available even on the most expensive Tier 3 plan I purchased. Immediately after the purchase, I was able to create 1 person, clone my voice and video, and add the necessary information to the database. However, the speech engine provides acceptable speech quality only in English. In other languages, it is very difficult to understand a person’s speech due to a terrible accent that cannot be corrected. In fact, I received a chatbot that I could configure for the documents I needed. I was able to install it on my site for text message replies while disabling voice replies and video. This chatbot gives very reasonable answers that are a couple of sentences long. Yesterday I tried to change the video of my person using the built-in function - Face cloning, but the program does this instead of 30 minutes 16 hours and cannot complete the face cloning. Apparently something broke. I tried to get support help. I spent an hour and a half explaining the problem I encountered, sending the same screenshots several times. But as a result, I only found out that the developers live in a different time zone. Unfortunately, this didn't help me at all. On the plus side, I would like to note that the person works well in text chat mode and in English. Also recently, it became possible to create video responses based on previously created text responses. However, the video quality is low. At a frame resolution of 1920 by 1080, it has a data transfer rate of less than 1 Mbps with all the consequences for image quality.
