Q: Previously purchased level 3, can I purchase level 2 now to get to level 5?
Hello, I previously purchased level 3, can I purchase level 2 now to get to level 5? Also, with teams, can I operate two unique businesses under one account, one for myself and one for my wife?

Nov 22, 2024A: Hi, you will need to upgrade to Tier 5 from your Tier 2 plan (not adding numbers together). Yes you definitely can make videos for many different brands from one account :)

Don_BHumanPLUSHi, there should be a button to upgrade to tier 5, so you are not purchasing a new license, rather upgrading your existing one. I hope that makes sense, if you don't see this option my recommendation would be to ask AppSumo support. Or reply here and I will tag them
