I purchased a lifetime deal last year and for some reason am not able to get axcess and I have emailed and had chats with what I am guessing are your team members, maybe bots not sure. I shared my payment receipts and the info on signing up I am now ready to begin using BIGVUE and really want to try and solve this matter, and if I have messed up on my end and how I was suppose to activate or whatever then fine, I will look into rebuying but I would like to see if my payment can be put towards something:
