My first experience with Bigvu was the “sample script” they give. In my first 3 takes, BIGVU refused to take in audio even though I went into setting on my iPhone and made sure it had microphone access.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. This fixed the auditory issue.

My next issue was when recording a video (off script). The first time I hit record; I saw a fozen image of myself on screen. When I flipped the camera and flipped it back. It fixed it and began to recording.

Problem solved right? Not quite.

Bigvu showed an error processing my video. So that take it gone as well.

I had high hopes and expectations for this app and have seen all the reviews and was eyeing this product to test out for YouTube, Facebook and cold email content. I liked the idea of having a script, automatic captions, uploading direct to these apps, and the in-app editing tools but I am disappointed.

This app is so buggy on my iPhone 13 pro max, I wouldn’t pay $10 for it.
