Difficulty with desktop version
I want to love this app. The marketing makes me believe it will be the solution to all my video problems. However, though there are some lovely features to the app, including the excellent teleprompter, the bugs need to be worked out of these areas:
-I recorded on desktop, which was a HUGE draw for me. I saved it, it downloaded in an unusable .webm format even though I didn't ask it to download, but it didn't actually save to the desktop version or app. I was in touch with customer service, and while they tried to help, the final response was "sorry, desktop is beta". Yikes. I had to redo the entire video over on my phone. Again, I want the Desktop version as my go-to.
-While there are a plethora of videos and articles in the help section, I could barely find anything I was looking for. It called up irrelevant articles based on keywords but not solutions.
-It's not intuitive. I shouldn't have to watch a video to figure out how to do even basic functions.
I really want this to be an incredible application, but it's got to do better than this.
