when Bigvu came , they boasted big , but unfortunately i feel a bit underwhelmed , their marketing is on point and so are their webinars , but the app has left so much to be desired for me and that is why i am sharing my experience.

1. for a teleprompter app on your phone , i am happy that its lets me record using my phone or laptop, however it reduces my great camera quality at times.

2. though we record videos on our phones using our front cameras , thats not where every content creator wants to stay , the target audience you are looking for like real estate agents and executive , would probably also be willing to invest in things like cameras and stuff too , but you guys dont have a simple mirror teleprompter app in case one gets a stand for a dslr , this is a bit dissapointing , because , when i want the highest quality video , i need to use my from camera on my phone , when the back camera and a dslr will obviously be a better higher quality video option..... please add something like this.... because now , even after investing in your app , i need to go shopping for another teleprompter app instead , which defeats the purpose .

3. you generate captions well, but allow for custom styles and uploading fonts too

4. i have no clue why you also havent added dynamic captions which highlight the exact words that people are saying at a time , it helps things look less boring and increases retention

to close this review , i will end with a story. since i could use bigvu to give a workspace to different users , i gave a workspace to a friend to use for free, at first she loved it , but a few months later she texted me saying ....despite the fact that what i had given her was free, she would rather pay for the captions app because it looks nicer, has dynamic captions and other apps are actual tteleprompters.

even if i wanted to be an affiliate , and gave your deal away for free , some people would rather move somewhere else and pay ..... i am not saying you are a bad product , i am just saying , you have all the potential to be better , and people will move to other platforms unless you also evolve with the market
