I already have 1 code.
However, for clarity sake, I have a few questions:
1. To upgrade to: 10 users, 20 devices (2 per user) and Unlimited shared workspace(s), should I simply buy one additional code - and then I'll have Tier 2 functionality?
2. What is the difference between BIGVU Studio and BIGVU or are they the same now?
3. Do the "shared" workspaces have separate login and password protection for each user?
4. Are the workspaces separated so that each workspace cannot be seen by others?

1 - Yes
2 - BIGVU and BIGVU Studio is the same.
3 - Yes, if you and I are in the same workspace, each of us will have a login and password.
4 - Depending on your role, you may only see the workspace you've been added to, or you may have access to all workspaces.
