Q: Hi David & Team BigVu, I'm almost certain I'm going to purchase this AppSumo deal, but have a couple of ...

pre-purchase questions, please:

1) Can this auto-publish, a la Metricool or Hootsuite, either manually (one-by-one), in batches (one video uploaded to all channels I choose) and in a scheduled manner for the upcoming month if I upload a large file of video content?

2) Does this sync with the following platforms for video uploading: YouTube (standard and Shorts), Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok?

3) Can I upload the (a) video description, (b) first comment, (c) hashtags, and/or (d) keywords within the BV dashboard, or only some or none of those four options?

4) Will BV tell me when I've satisfied all of the minimum/maximum video caption/description upload criteria since each platform has their own limitations, in the manner Metricool turns 'green' when everything has been synced to appease each social media channel's compulsory character count?

5) Can the teleprompter app be used separately, or independent of the smartphone camera on my new Galaxy S24 Ultra, for seamless front-facing selfie vlogging?

6) Are there any limits to recording time, output/export files per month, and/or output/file saving resolution settings such as 4K 60fps (which my selfie camera films in)?

7) Are there any limits to the amount of videos, or video file size aggregation, I can upload at once to BV, in order to schedule auto posting/publishing on a schedule for a week, month, or longer - until my allocated bandwidth is maxed out?

8) In reference to above #7 question, if there are maximums/caps, can I simply paste in the Google Drive (I have Google's 2TB cloud plan on Gemini Ultra AI), for the videos to be "pulled" and uploaded, from?

9) Am I forced to use an in-app BV camera option, or, can I use a BV floating "overlay" teleprompter on my Galaxy's screen, while using the integrated Samsung native camera sensor and software to record in UHD 60fps?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!

Hi, I appreciate the invitation. I'm really familiar with my way around apps, but would still likely schedule an onboarding or discovery call post-purchase. I was looking for some insight on my questions here on this platform, in kind, please. If you aren't able to answer my questions because you're working on other projects/items, would you at least please let me know which functions are explicitly not available now, and whether or not they'll be implemented in the future via a roadmap?

Hi Aaron,

1) Can this auto-publish, a la Metricool or Hootsuite, either manually (one-by-one), in batches (one video uploaded to all channels I choose) and in a scheduled manner for the upcoming month if I upload a large file of video content?

You can upload a video to BIGVU and schedule it to be posted on Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Instagram and more (1 video at a time)

2) Does this sync with the following platforms for video uploading: YouTube (standard and Shorts), Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok?

Yes, the video can be shared on all these platforms

3) Can I upload the (a) video description, (b) first comment, (c) hashtags, and/or (d) keywords within the BV dashboard, or only some or none of those four options?

When sharing videos from BIGVU, The AI will create a different title and description for each social channel, including hashtags (you can customize it).

4) Will BV tell me when I've satisfied all of the minimum/maximum video caption/description upload criteria since each platform has their own limitations, in the manner Metricool turns 'green' when everything has been synced to appease each social media channel's compulsory character count?

Yes, if you reach the limit, a red message will appear warning you about it.

5) Can the teleprompter app be used separately, or independent of the smartphone camera on my new Galaxy S24 Ultra, for seamless front-facing selfie vlogging?

The teleprompter can only be used inside the BIGVU app on your phone or using the Web version, at this moment, we don't support a floating teleprompter

6) Are there any limits to recording time, output/export files per month, and/or output/file saving resolution settings such as 4K 60fps (which my selfie camera films in)?

You can record up to 59 minutes per video (as many videos as you want), you can record videos in 4k (as many as you want), and you can export|download videos unlimited.

7) Are there any limits to the amount of videos, or video file size aggregation, I can upload at once to BV, in order to schedule auto posting/publishing on a schedule for a week, month, or longer - until my allocated bandwidth is maxed out?

You can only upload 1 video at a time, unlimited videos (up to 59 minutes for each video).

8) In reference to above #7 question, if there are maximums/caps, can I simply paste in the Google Drive (I have Google's 2TB cloud plan on Gemini Ultra AI), for the videos to be "pulled" and uploaded, from?

At this time, it is not possible to do this with BIGVU. You would have to upload one by one.

9) Am I forced to use an in-app BV camera option, or, can I use a BV floating "overlay" teleprompter on my Galaxy's screen, while using the integrated Samsung native camera sensor and software to record in UHD 60fps?

You can record videos in 4K using BIGVU 30 fps, at this moment, we don't support a floating teleprompter
