Q: I have been using the tool, and I can only say I love it.
I was looking for a section to ask for features, but I was unable to find it, so I will do that here.
1. Option to just download an .mp3 audio for the audiogram.
2. Include a tool that edits out long silences.
3. I truly want to be able to edit the video and don't go back and forward with other tools, if this is not possible, please include some kind of Canva or adobe express integration to take the audio gram or project to do some retouching, add some broll, etc. Then take it to BigVU captions (which are fabulous by the way) and publishing.
4. Add a drop down box with user predefined presets for brand voice, for the social media captions (this way, everything is on brand).

1. It wasn't planned but not too hard to do. Would you mind explaining your use-case for this? By the way, while this is not optimal by any means, you can always get the mp4 and convert it to mp3 via any conversion app.
2. This is being worked on as we speak! Hopefully to be released very very soon.
3. We completely agree! While this might take slightly more time than the above, it's also being worked on.
4. That's great feedback, we're actually going to release the new Brand area very soon and our goal is very much that branding stays much more consistent within BIGVU for anything that you do. Please try it out when it's released within the next few weeks and let us know what you think.

g33bCurrently, one of my workflows, for one of my social channels, is taking the output from BigVu to an editor, edit out the silences, and then export the .mp3 to Puppetry, in order to have a more engaging graphic than the Audiograms. (I like your voices way more, specially in Spanish, they are more natural).
Then, the output to Adobe express to add music and captions, and back to BigVu for socials.
It is good to know that all is being worked on as we speak.
