Incredibly frustrated with this product. It has so much potential, but is essentially unusable for me. I don't know how anyone else is making use of it.

1. Low Quality Video: I wanted to use BigVu to autogenerate captions for existing videos. But, apparently, after generating the captions, it automatically compresses the file when you try to download it. I end up with a blurry, lower-quality version of the video I originally imported, which is of no use.

After waiting for a customer support representative on their website for literally 2 hours, and then chatting back and forth with the rep for an additional hour, they eventually told me that it was a flaw in the system they already knew about and they (may or may not) work on it in the future. The representative told me that I needed to work on the BigVu mobile app instead, if I wanted my videos to be in full quality. Which brings me to my next issue...

2. The App Constantly Crashes: When moving to the mobile app, as suggested, the app crashed every single time I tried to use it. I tried multiple files, at multiple times and every time I went to make an edit, the app crashed. I eventually gave up.

3. Social Media Limitations: I also discovered that you cannot change the position of the captions. If you're wanting to use this for Instagram Reels or Facebook stories, it won't work, as the position of the caption is too low on the screen for social media, making it impossible to use for this purpose.

4. Glitchy Teleprompter: I only tried using the teleprompter once, but found it to be glitchy as well. At the end of recording my first take, the script simply disappeared in the last 30 seconds, and I was left with a blank screen.

So very frustrated with both the product itself and the lack of customer support knowledge. A complete waste of time and money.
