Bika.ai is presented as a strong alternative to Monday.com, ClickUp, and Trello. However, the current UI and lack of manual workflow creation make it difficult to bring over my existing workflows. The templates, while aiming for automation, aren't robust enough for this transition. It feels like a jump from 0 to 100 too quickly. User like me would prefer to gradually adopt Bika's workflow instead of abandoning our current systems cold turkey. Offering familiar layout options and a manual workflow builder would allow us to ease into Bika, establishing a comfortable foundation before fully leveraging its powerful AI and automation features. This would significantly improve onboarding and adoption for those looking to switch. Without this, the AI-focused interface might feel overwhelming for those used to a more hands-on approach.
