Q: I paid for AItable Tier 5 Plan and now I need to pay again for Bika?

I purchased the Tier 5 plan for AITable believing it was a lifetime deal, as was clearly presented in your roadmap and marketing. Many of us supported the product early on based on these promises. But now, with the sudden shift to a new version under “Bika,” we’re being asked to pay again?

This is extremely disappointing. There’s been no clear communication, no migration plan for existing users, and it feels like we’re being penalized for trusting in your original vision.

You should offer a migration path or honor the original lifetime deal. This kind of practice undermines user trust and creates unnecessary issues.

How can I request a refund for my AITable purchase?
