Q: The Login Process is Frustrating .. why?
Every single login .. new machine now same machine, the login process is more like creating a new account .. associate email, pass code, wrong space etc. Every single time now. I only have one login credential, so I can not see any reason for the confusion.. Is this going to be fixed soon?

Are you saying that you have already registered, but you have to register and log in again each time?

• Are you using “Quick Login” on a new device or after logging out?
• Any error messages or unusual prompts?

Hi .. I am on the same machine. The same browser. I rebooted the laptop (Mac / Chrome). I logged in and asked to notify the admin. Then associate a code. Then another message to go to the site I logged into in the first place. Yesterday, I could not get the code as I had used up all my sessions for the day - had not sent any that day. So locked out until today.
Hi christian814, really sorry for the confusion and the frustrating login experience. Repeated verification like that shouldn’t normally happen. Internally, we suspect it may be related to clicking the “Quick Login” button — which actually behaves more like a Quick Sign-Up. If that’s causing confusion, we’ll definitely review the wording to avoid misleading users.
That is not it ..
In the meantime, have you tried logging in using “Continue with Email” or “Continue with Google” in the same browser? If those options also lead to the same loop, it would really help us narrow down the issue.

Hi @christian814 — really sorry for the trouble. After internal review, it looks like the issue comes from switching login methods. If you originally registered with Email + Verification Code, please continue using that method (not “Continue with Google”).

Can you switch my account to use Google .. this issue never happened on aitable.com ...
I followed the instructions .. It tells me that my google account with the same email address is already used in another instance.. I only have this one. What do I do now?
